The Unstuck Planner
$19.99
A no-shame system to plan, focus, and actually finish. Built for brains with forty tabs open. Made by someone who has one too.
You don't need more discipline. You need a planner that stops treating your brain like a problem to fix.
Unstuck is a 30-page ADHD planner and toolkit for the days your head is holding forty tabs and every one of them is playing music. No streaks to break. No guilt for skipping a day. No perfect morning routine you'll abandon by Wednesday. Just tools you pick up when you need them and leave alone when you don't.
Print it, or use it on your tablet. Undated, so you start wherever you are.
You've bought the beautiful planner before.
The one with the perfect layout and the habit tracker with thirty little circles. You used it for four days. Then you missed one, and the empty pages started to feel like proof of something. So you closed it, and you didn't open it again.
That's not a discipline problem. It's a planner built for a brain that runs on rails. Yours runs on tabs.
Most planners assume you finish the list. We don't finish the list. We start six things, hyperfocus on the seventh, forget the first three, and then call ourselves lazy for it. We mask all day, and by the time we sit down to plan, there's nothing left in the tank.
Unstuck is built for that brain. Not the one you keep promising to become. The one you actually have.
I made it because I needed it.
For most of my life, people called me organized. Disciplined. Put-together. What I actually had was ballet. I was a professional ballerina, and the structure was never really mine. It was the schedule. The same studio, the same hours, the barre in the same place every morning. Take that away and I fell apart.
University took it away. Suddenly no one was holding the shape of my days, and I couldn't hold it myself. For years I thought I was lazy, or broken, or just not trying hard enough.
It wasn't until my thirties that I pushed for an ADHD assessment. I advocated for myself, when no one else thought to. The diagnosis didn't hand me a whole new self. It handed me a map. Since then I've spent my time gathering the tools that actually work for brains like ours, and building them into systems we can keep.
That's what Unstuck is. Some days you'll have capacity, some days you'll barely have a body. Both are allowed here.
How it works — four moves, that's it
-
Externalize everything. Your head is for having ideas, not holding them. Get them onto the page.
-
Shrink the scary stuff. Big tasks get chunked until the first step is almost laughably small.
-
Be kind to your system. Dopamine menus, self-care lists, and a reset page for the rough days.
-
Celebrate the wins. A whole page for done lists, because finishing deserves a parade.
Take what works. Leave what doesn't. There is no wrong way to use this.
What's inside — 30 pages
Clear the chaos
-
Brain dump — empty all forty tabs, then sort them: do it now / schedule it / let it go
Dream a little
-
Year vision + Monthly goals — pick a few, not forty
Plan without pressure
-
The month, Weekly plan, Weekly review (no scores, no shame), The rule of three, and a Daily plan with a body check-in (water, food, movement, meds) — because a fed, watered, medicated you is the real productivity hack
Focus when everything feels urgent
-
The morning reset (a gentle 8-step order for a loud morning), Top 3 + focus, Priority matrix, Project breakdown, Time blocking, Seven pockets, Schedule mapping, and Focus sessions (25-minute sprints, kind breaks)
Understand your patterns
-
Procrastination styles (which of the six sounds like you?) + a Procrastination reset
Track it kindly
-
Mood + energy (data, not a verdict), Habit tracker (a missed day is just a day, not a failure), Meds + appointments
Refill the well
-
Self-care menu, Dopamine menu (pick from here instead of doomscrolling), Done list, and a Pep talk + reset for when it's all too much
Who it's for
The late-diagnosed. The burnt out. Anyone tired of neurotypical advice that quietly assumes you just need to try harder. If a planner has ever made you feel more shame, this one is for you.
What you get
-
A 30-page PDF, undated — start any time, never fall behind
-
Print + digital — print on US Letter (A4 scales fine) and reprint any page you love on repeat, or drop it into GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf and tap and type right on the pages
-
Yours forever
You don't have to earn rest by finishing the list first. Take the two or three pages that help, leave the rest, and come back whenever the noise gets loud. There's always a soft place to land here.
Now go be unstuck.
