Shipping
Each candle is hand-poured to order in Ottawa. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.
- Canada: 5–8 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
FAQ
Made to order
Some pieces, including The Gathering, are poured after you order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. Made-to-order items ship separately from ready-to-ship inventory, so if your order contains both, you may receive multiple packages.
Seasonal releases
Seasonal candles, such as The Harvest and The Haunting collection, are available in limited batches while supplies last. Pre-order windows close on the date listed on the product page, and orders ship as soon as the batch is ready — usually within 2–3 weeks of the close date.
Returns
Because every piece is hand-poured in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been used or lit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
Slight variations in color, shape, and finish are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
